BIO
Mark Little is an associate at Skelton Moore, where he focuses on toxic tort defense, product liability litigation, and commercial disputes. He represents Fortune 500 companies, manufacturers, and contractors in complex civil litigation matters in Kentucky.
Mark brings four years of litigation experience defending clients in asbestos, benzene, solvent, and other hazardous substance exposure cases. He has handled matters through all phases of litigation, from case evaluation and discovery through dispositive motions and trial preparation. His business background enhances his ability to understand client operations and develop practical, cost-effective defense strategies.
Before joining Skelton Moore, Mark served as a part-time attorney at a regional defense firm, where he built a strong foundation in toxic tort and product liability defense.
Mark earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Louisville in 2018. He holds a Bachelor of Business degree from the University of Southern Indiana.
Outside of his practice, Mark enjoys coaching youth baseball, soccer, and basketball, and traveling with his family.
