Marina Saldaris

Marina Saldaris is an associate attorney at Skelton Moore, where she focuses her practice on toxic tort defense, product liability, and premises liability matters. She represents insurance companies, manufacturers, contractors, and property owners in complex civil litigation throughout Missouri.

Marina brings a unique background to her legal practice, combining more than two decades of healthcare experience with her legal training. Before pursuing law, she worked as a registered nurse and earned advanced degrees in nursing and business administration, giving her distinctive insight into medical evidence and healthcare documentation in litigation.

Marina earned her J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2022, where she was a member of the Annals of Health Law & Life Sciences and competed on the National Health Law Moot Court team. She earned certificates in Trial Advocacy, Health Law, and Compliance Studies, and served as Vice President of the Student Hellenic Bar Association. As a student advocate in the Health Justice Project medical-legal clinic, she gained hands-on experience representing clients at the intersection of law and healthcare.

Marina also holds an M.B.A. from Cumberland University, an M.S.N. from Rush University, a B.S.N. from Midway College, and a B.A. in History from the University of Kentucky.

Her scholarly work includes “The Dichotomy of Social Isolation in a Global Pandemic: When the Power to Protect Actually Harms,” published in the Journal of Health Care Finance in 2021.
