Nyree Bradley

Nyree Bradley is a courtroom-tested litigator whose career has been shaped by hands-on trial work, rigorous case management, and a deep commitment to client advocacy. Her path through the legal profession—from paralegal to legal aid clerk to prosecuting attorney—has given her a uniquely practical perspective on how cases are built, defended, and resolved.

Nyree began her legal career as a paralegal in a busy litigation practice, where she spent more than four years drafting pleadings, organizing case files, preparing evidence exhibits, and managing discovery. Her contributions earned her recognition as a 2021 Missouri Lawyers Media Unsung Legal Heroes Honoree, an award reflecting the rigor and dedication she brought to every matter.

She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies from Webster University in 2020, where she was inducted into the Tau Sigma National Honor Society and Lambda Epsilon Chi, the national honor society for paralegal and legal studies students.

Nyree went on to Saint Louis University School of Law, where she received the Dean’s Select Scholarship and served on the Saint Louis University Journal of Health Law & Policy—first as a Staff Editor for Volume 16 and then as a Lead Editor for Volume 17. During law school, she clerked with a legal services organization, drafting pleadings, conducting client interviews, representing consumers in administrative hearings, and co-authoring Missouri’s Senior Handbook and Homeless Youth Handbook. She later clerked with a state attorney general’s office, where she supported multistate litigation, contributed to proposed legislation, and collaborated with federal agencies and out-of-state attorneys general on complex matters.

After earning her Juris Doctor in 2024, Nyree served as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney, where she handled a full caseload of misdemeanor and felony matters, taking cases from charge review through jury trial. Her courtroom work spanned pretrial proceedings, detention and preliminary hearings, motion practice, bench and jury trials, sentencings, and misdemeanor appeals. She drafted and litigated evidentiary motions and motions in limine, negotiated plea agreements, and served on rotation as the on-call prosecutor reviewing search warrant applications and 24-hour charge referrals. That experience sharpened the trial instincts, judgment, and rapid decision-making that now anchor her civil practice.

Beyond her legal career, Nyree has a long record of community service, including serving as a Court Appointed Special Advocate advocating for the best interests of children in the family court system and volunteering as a Court Watch Monitor observing Orders of Protection proceedings.
